• Please note: the boat generator  will operate at night for electricity

• For a more comfortable sleep, we recommend bringing earplugs or listening to soft music through your headset.

7. Engine failure. We will replace the boat without notice and adjust the boat price.

• Do not get too close: keep a safe distance from the Komodo dragons. Komodo dragons can be aggressive and move quickly.
• Don’t shout or run: loud noises or sudden movements can startle the Komodo dragon and trigger an aggressive reaction.
• Please don’t feed: Feeding Komodo dragons can habituate them to humans and may cause them to become aggressive.
• Don’t climb trees: Komodo dragons may chase you
• Don’t make sudden movements: Sudden movements can startle dragons and trigger an aggressive reaction.
• Don’t touch dragons: on land or in the sea.
• Do not stay alone: always stay with a tour guide, and do not go alone in the Komodo dragon area.
• Menstruating women must report: You must report to the guide or attendant for special supervision.
• Do not wear red-colored clothing: Komodo dragons have a high sensitivity to the color red.
• Avoid making loud noises: Komodo dragons can become aggressive

Cancellation policy:

• All payment refunds for cancellations made 7 days up
• A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days
• A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.

Schedule of pick-up service in Lombok

• Stay in the Mataram area; we will progress between 8.30 and 10.00 AM
• For the Sengigi scheduled between 09.00 and 10.30 AM.
• Stay in Gili Trawangan and Gili Air. Go to the harbor at 08.00 AM and get a free boat ticket to Bangsal. The shuttle bus will transfer everyone to our office in Senggigi.
• Kuta area is schedule between 11.00 and 11:30 AM

Tips for snorkeling on the Komodo tour?

• Bring your own mask & snorkel (better fit & hygiene)
• Snorkel close to the shoreline for colorful coral and reef fish.
• Use water shoes or fins—coral can be sharp
• Be aware of jellyfish: they’re not common and can appear seasonally.
• Never touch or step on coral, manta rays & turtles
• Follow the guide interaction on snorkeling with whale sharks.
• Don’t chase fish—float and let them approach
• Wear a rash guard for sun protection and comfort.
